بنگلہ دیش کہاں جا رہا ہے ؟

عالم اسلام کے حالات بہت برے ہیں - ہر طرف بردار کشی ہو رہی ہے - جو لوگ صدیوں شیر و شکر کی طرح رہے ، وہ ایک دوسرے سے متنفر ہیں یا کر دیے گئے ہیں - جنونی انتہا پسند ، تباہی کی ان سنی داستانیں لکھ رہے ہیں - کٹھ پتلی ،مفاد پرست اور تنگ نظر قیادتیں حالات قابو میں کرنی کی اہل نہیں ہیں - اہل حس خون کے آنسو رو رہے ہیں اور دنیا ہنس رہی ہے کہ کیا ایسے ہوتے ہیں دین امن کے ماننے والے مشرق وسطی کے کرب و بلا کا ماتم کئی بار ہو چکا - آگے بھی ہوگا - ایک مستقل دیوار گریہ ہے کہ ڈ ھتی ہی نہیں - افسوس کی بات تو یہ ہے کہ یہ گریہ وزاریاں عرب و فارس کے لئے ہی محدود نہیں - پاک و افغان سمیت کئی خطّے بھی درد مندوں کے لئے چاک گریباں کا سامان فراہم کر رہے ہیں - ایسا ہی ایک مقام بنگلہ دیش بنا ہوا ہے بنگلہ دیش کے حالات گزشتہ کئی ماہ سے مجھے ستا رہے ہیں - یہ نو عمر ملک کئی نظریات کی تجربہ گاہ بنا ہوا ہے - جدا گانہ نظریات فکر کی بات نہیں بلکہ یہ دنیا کا حسن ہوتے ہیں لیکن جب یہ نظریات ، انتہا پسندی اور پاگل پن کی حدوں کو چھوتھے ہیں تو تشویش لازمی ہے - آج بنگلہ دیش میں یہی ہو رہا ہے - کہیں اقتدار کے نشہ میں چور حسینہ ، مقتل سجا رہی ہے تو کہیں ، مذہبی جنونی سر عام کافروں ، منافقوں کے گلے کاٹ رہے ہیں یہ ملک کافی ہنگاموں کے بیچ بنا اور قیام سے آج تک ہنگامے ہی اسکا مقدر رہے - پاکستان سے علاحدگی کے بعد مجیب ایک جماعتی نظام مسلط کر رہے تھے - وہ سنبھل ہی رہے تھے کہ جرنیلوں نے انھیں معہ ارکان خاندان ہلاک کردیا - لمبے عرصے تک فوج کا راج رہا - جماعت اسلامی پر پابندیاں لگیں اور ہٹیں - پھر شروع ہوا دو بیگمات کے درمیان رسہ کشی کا کھیل - کبھی بازی ادھر تو کبھی ادھر - ہڑتالیں ، سیاسی تشدد تو جیسے روز کا معمول ہوں - انتقام کو سیاست کی معراج جانا گیا - اقتدار کی آنکھ مچولی کے اس کھیل میں فی الحال بنگہ بندھو شیخ مجیب الرحمن کی بیٹی شیخ حسینہ چھائی ہوئی ہیں - چن چن کر مخالفین کو نشانہ بنا رہی ہیں - سابق فوجی صدر ضیاء الرحمن کی اہلیہ خالدہ ضیا اور ارکان خاندان کو مقدامات میں الجھا دیا گیا - جماعت اسلامی کے رہنماؤں کو یکے بعد دیگرے تختہ دار پر چڑھایا جا رہا ہے - سنگ ہاتھوں میں لئے سیاسی کارکن ایک دوسرے کے سامنے ہیں - اس افراتفری کے بیچ ایک اہم مسلے سے چشم پوشی برتی جا رہی ہے - یہ مسلہ ہے سخت گیریت کا ، کسی کو برداشت نہ کرنے کا سخت گیر عناصر اپنے نظریاتی مخالفین کو بے دردی سے تہہ تیغ کر رہے ہیں - اعتدال پسندوں کو چن چن کر نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے - ایک دہشت کا ماحول بنا دیا گیا ہے جانے کب کون کسے مار دے کافر کہہ کر شہر کا شہر مسلمان ہوا پھرتا ہے بنگلہ دیش میں حالیہ عرصے میں پے در پے کئی ہلاکتیں تشویش کا باعث ہیں - یہ واضح نہیں ہے کہ قاتل کون ہیں - دو ہزار تیرا سے اب تک بیس سے زیادہ دانشوروں کو موت کی نیند سلایا جا چکا ہے - تیز دھاری ہتھیاروں کے ساتھ حملہ آور ، دندناتے ہوے آتے ہیں ، وحشت کا ننگا ناچ ناچ کر چلے جاتے ہیں - پہلے سیکولر بلاگرس اور رائٹرس کو نشانہ بنایا گیا - اب غیر ملکی شہری ، اقلیتیں ، ماہرین تعلیم ، فنکار ، مسلکی مخالفین سبھی زد میں ہیں - کوئی محفوظ نہیں دا عش نے کئی حملوں کی ذمہ داری قبول کی ، حکومت ماننے کے لئے تیار نہیں - لاشوں پر بھی سیاست ہو رہی ہے - اپوزیشن پر انگلیاں اٹھائی جا رہی ہیں - لیکن شواہد کچھ اور کہہ رہے ہیں حسینہ چیخ چیخ کر کہہ رہی ہیں کہ ملک میں دا عش کا کوئی وجود نہیں - انکی بات صحیح بھی ہو تب بھی کیا فرق پڑتا ہے - قتل تو ہوے ہیں اور آثار و قرائن بتاتے ہیں کہ قاتل مقامی انتہا پسند ہیں - وہ دا عش کے رکن ہو سکتے ہیں ، جماعت المجاہدین بنگلہ دیش کے یا کسی اور تنظیم کے - سوچ تو انکی ایک ہے کہ جو ہمارے برانڈ کے اسلام کو نہیں مانتا اسے مٹا دیا جائے - انکے پاس رواداری ، صحت مند بحث ، دعوت ، افہام تفہیم کی کوئی جگہ نہیں ملک میں جماعت المجاہدین بنگلہ دیش دو دہوں سے سرگرم ہے - ان بیس سالوں میں کئی بار اس نے اپنے وجود کا احساس دلایا ہے - اپنے عزائم واضح کئے ہیں - یہ تنظیم اس وقت بھی تھی جب دنیا دا عش کے ناسور سے نا واقف تھی بلاگر رجب حیدر سے لے کر ہو میو پیتھی ڈاکٹر ثنا الرحمن تک جتنے قتل ہوے ان میں سے بیشتر کے قاتلوں پر ہاتھ نہیں ڈالا جا سکا - کسی کو سزا نہیں ہوئی - قاتلوں کی آزادی ، نظام پر ہنس رہی ہے پولیس تحقیقات کو سنجیدگی سے نہیں لے رہی ہے - بیشتر معاملات میں قاتلوں کی شناخت بھی نہیں ہوئی - وزیر اعظم حسینہ کے بیانات پولیس کے تساہل کو شے دے رہے ہیں ، جنہوں نے ان ہلاکتوں کو بھی سیاست کا موقع جانا ایک ایسے وقت جب جماعت اسلامی رہنماؤں کی پھانسیوں پر ملک و بیرون ملک صداۓ احتجاج بلند ہو رہی ہے ، انہوں نے سیکولر بلاگرس کو وارننگ دیتے ہوے دائیں بازو عناصر کو خوش کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے - یہ وقت ہے کہ حسینہ ہوش کے ناخن لیں - اگر وہ حقیر سیاست سے بالا تر ہو کر سخت گیرییت کے سیلاب کو روکنے کا سامان نہیں کریں گی تو نہ وہ رہیں گی ، نہ وہ بنگلہ دیش جس کے لئے انکے لئے والد نے مغربی پاکستان کے مغرور فرعونوں سے لوہا لیا تھا - دیوار پر تو یہی لکھا ہے

Without touching the ongoing controversy about Bharat Mata Ki Jai, I would like to assert that the most raised slogan during the independence movement, undoubtedly, was 'Inquilab Zindabad'. Urdu language is very powerful, so are its slogans that played an important role in India's freedom struggle. But unfortunately the language was crushed once the country attained Independence though Maulana Azad was the first education minister and Nehru, a self proclaimed Urdu wala, was the first Prime Minister.
